Anti-Candida Monoclonal Antibody
This mouse monoclonal antibody is IgM isotype spesific for beta 1,2 Mannan of Candida albicans and other Candida strains that express this epitope.
Western Blot: Alkaline extract of Candida albicans ser. A and B ran in a 5-20 % SDS PAGE transfered to PVDF membrane and developed with the monoclonal antibody. (Fig 1)
IFA: Candida albicans fixed cell were stained with monoclonal antibody following with FITC labelled anti Mouse IgM conjugate.(Fig 2) |
