Risankizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to the p19 subunit of interleukin-23 (IL-23), thereby inhibiting IL-23-mediated inflammatory signaling. Quantification of circulating free risankizumab may be useful in pharmacokinetic, immunogenicity, and biologic drug monitoring research. This assay utilizes highly specific anti-idiotypic monoclonal antibodies to selectively detect free risankizumab molecules capable of target binding. The kit is intended for the quantitative determination of free risankizumab in biological samples for research use only.
